Hey everyone! So glad to be back to my blogging :)

I was recently offered the opportunity to review Freschetta By The Slice Pizza! I already knew I liked Freschetta because I have had it before, but I had never tried their new single slice microwavable pizza! I always hate when I am craving pizza, but don't have enough people to cook a whole 8 slice one.

FRESCHETTA® By the Slice is offered in four different varieties: BBQ Recipe Chicken; Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom; Six Cheese Medley; and Vegetable Medley.  I was given a coupon for a free box, so I chose the Chicken, Spinach and Mushroom pizza. I don't like mushrooms, so they were the first thing to go. I was a little hesitant about cooking the pizza in the microwave, but it worked alright. To me, i didn't feel like it cooked as well as in the oven, but hey...I didn't have to cook a whole pizza! This is great for me to bring to work for lunch on the days I am craving pizza :)
